Legal Aid
Parents facing child care proceedings are automatically entitled to free legal aid, regardless of financial circumstances, as are children. In many cases other relatives may also be entitled to legal aid. We hold a contract to provide legal aid services and have been assessed by Recognising Excellence as meeting the high standards set for the delivery of legal aid. We are happy to discuss fees with you if you are not eligible for legal aid before we take on your case.
